To sign up for Camp you will need to fill out an Application for the boy attending camp. Please fill out an application for each camper attending camp.
Campers may only attend one camp session.
You have a few choices for completing the Camp application form.
1. SUBMIT APPLICATION BY EMAIL: Fill out the application form on-line and send an electronic copy by email to the camp offices. Print a copy of the application for your records. Buttons are available on the form to perform these actions. With this option, to make your payment, call the camp offices with your credit card information.
2. SUBMIT APPLICATION BY MAIL OR FAX: Fill out the application form on-line, print a copy, and send it to us with your check by mail. Our mailing address is at the top of the form. Make a copy of the completed application for your records. You may also call the camp office to provide your credit card information. Please allow sufficient time for the form to arrive to our office before calling to make a credit card payment.
3. PRINT A BLANK APPLICATION FORM AND SEND IT IN: Print a blank copy of the applicaton form and pass it on to a relative, friend or guardian, so that they may fill it out and send it in by mail or fax to the camp office. Our mailing address and fax number is at the top of the form. Payment can be made by check or you may call into our office and provide your credit card information.
